Welcome to planetonce.com

Let’s encourage people to walk instead of drive if that‘s a real
option as it
so often is… and let’s make sure that efficient public transport is in
place if
that’s possible. Or maybe we can encourage car pooling or community
based transport if public transport is not an option.
Let’s drive energy efficiency in our homes and buildings by promoting
good design. Let’s make sure that efficient light bulbs and solar water
systems are
installed everywhere. Let’s set an example in our streets with solar
lighting on our poles.
Let’s encourage our schools to be hubs of eco-efficiency and centres of
knowledge on climate change. And let’s arm our citizens with knowledge
about the impacts of a
changing climate on them and their family and their neighbours.
Let’s extend our programs and our outreach to prepare a community that
currently remains disconnected from the magnitude of what is coming
from climate change and the enormous difference that they can make as
individuals and as communities.
